Daily Lineup owns hours + tips — this is what you hand to Toast payroll. Pick a pay period, review the totals (they match Time Clock Review and Tip Pool), then download the CSV and import it into your payroll system.

Hours are actual clock in/out times after any manager corrections (open shifts aren't counted until clock-out). Gross pay is hours × the rate each shift was clocked under — anyone with no rate set shows hours with a blank rate/gross. Salariedpeople show a flat amount instead (their salary ÷ 52 ÷ scheduled days/week, per scheduled day) — marked “salary.” Tips are the finalized pool payouts for this window. Set each person's payroll employee ID so the CSV matches the right person on import.
