How the daily SMS uses this: The noon + 4pm lineup texts skip members whose cell for today is off. Per-date overrides take precedence — so mark Kai explicitly on if he’s covering a shift his usual week doesn’t include. Shift in/out times don’t affect the SMS — if they’re scheduled, they get the text.
