Snap or upload any vendor invoice — food, liquor, paper, chemicals, repairs. Claude vision pulls out every line and tags it with the matching chart-of-accounts category. Edit anything wrong, then approve. Food + liquor lines flow into inventory; everything else logs to the vendor ledger (ready for QuickBooks).
